The lion’s share of Milano Design Week’s incredible events and exhibitions will surely be hosted by the Salone del Mobile. In the redesigned spaces of the FieraMilano, the best Italian and international design companies will introduce their latest releases amongst refined settings and prestigious guests.
In past editions of the Milanese event, Ethimo amazed us with innovative and fascinating products set against backdrops which always made a strong visual impact. Included amongst its many new releases on display, this year there will also be the Allaperto Bistrò outdoor armchair by Matteo Thun and Antonio Rodriguez.

A Parisian feeling for the Allaperto Bistrò outdoor armchair
The new Allaperto Bistrò armchair, created out of the well-consolidated collaboration between the company and the designer duo Matteo Thun and Antonio Rodriguez, the new armchair has a charming two-tone weave, an ergonomic seat, and a casual and contemporary look.

Allaperto Bistrò is an outdoor armchair which combines the feeling of Parisian cafés with a minimalist, functional, and refined design, where the materials are highlighted by the craftsmanship of the weaves set against a simple silhouette.
Audacious materials and techniques
The new armchair not only embodies the versatile and dynamic spirit of the entire Allaperto range, but also has its own well-defined personality. The coffee-brown metal structure and the teak are perfectly blended with handwoven rope to provide the seating with as much comfort as possible.
The herring-bone weave of the rope is available in three color variants: Sand, Sand and Dark Grey or Sand and Salvia, all of which recall the beauty of nature and enhance the design. The armchair is easily stackable and can be combined with tables of various sizes from the Ethimo collection.
Allaperto Bistrò was designed to create welcoming and evocative outdoor dining areas and conversation spaces both in commercial and residential spaces. Its extremely versatile and adaptable spirit allows one to create unexpected and original compositions by pairing it with various contemporary living settings.
