The unexpected palette of metal-effect porcelain stoneware
The Fusion series has a sophisticated and variegated color palette which is embodied in the deep shine which genuine oxidized metal is known for. Oxidation is a chemical reaction which comes from the combination of a metal and oxygen from the atmosphere and covers the surface of metal.
There are six colors with which one can imagine the floor or walls of the home: Black, Copper, Graphite, Green, Grey and White.
The tiles are available in natural surfaces in 60×60 cm, 60×120 cm and 120×120 cm formats with a 9mm thickness and a large 120×278 cm format with a 6mm thickness. It is possible to even choose from a rich array of decorations with contemporary charm which experiment with minimal geometric forms, like hexagons or triangles, and they are perfect for creating mosaics and embossed surfaces.
Technologically advanced, eco-sustainable tiles
By now we are well familiar with the properties of porcelain stoneware: natural, long-lasting, waterproof, hypoallergenic, fireproof. Casalgrande Padana has, however, made it even more special by creating technology that enhances its value. In fact, the company has patented an exclusive silver-based treatment called Bios Antibacterial® which is capable of eliminating 99% of the bacteria present on the ceramic surface.
Moreover, the tile is extremely resistant to warping, does not lose its shape due to temperature changes, and is easy to install and clean. Fusion is a companion for life!
Finally, as with all of Casalgrande Padana’s porcelain stoneware collections, Fusion is also obtained through a virtuous and eco-sustainable production process. The company uses a closed-cycle process with machines which allow for the complete recycling and reuse of all the components, with nothing being released into the environment.
