The brilliant Ambiente Dining section, which will feature the most recent and original solutions for the home and products for the table and kitchen, has grown exponentially, occupying more space and acquiring greater visibility in the halls of Messe Frankfurt.

The event will feature a unique range of products, new gastronomic trends, and an extensive series of thematic events. Among the leading initiatives, the Special Interest HoReCa platform, which is dedicated to hospitality and food service, will showcase the latest trends and innovative ideas for the international contract-sector market.

The return of the glass industry at Ambiente Dining

Moreover, this edition will see the return of the glass industry, including the presence of new manufacturers in every product group and almost all of the sector’s biggest brands. On a total of ten hall levels, the celebrated Dining area will unite the players on the global market.

“The registration level in the Dining segment is great – the western area is overbooked in terms of space”, stated Thomas Kastl, Director Ambiente Dining.

The HoReCa sector at Ambiente Dining

Among the wide range of events at Ambiente Dining, special attention will be given to the HoReCa sector, an acronym for the hotellerie-restaurant-café sector. This will include special initiatives and events within the HoReCa Academy.

This special section at Ambiente will offer a program of tailor-made conferences in which renowned experts will introduce the trends inspired by hospitality, tackle current issues and developments in the sector, and include discussions with various players in the contract segment.

Hotelier’s Day and Jozef Youssef

To celebrate this sector, Monday, January 29th will be dubbed “Hotelier’s Day”. Among the numerous events planned for this day, the world-renowned and award-winning chef Jozef Youssef will present the results of a fascinating experiment he carried out for Ambiente 2024.

The creative force behind Kitchen Theory culinary laboratory will host the event dedicated to his study “The power of colour: a survey on how coloured tableware influences the perception of food”. This exclusive survey for Ambiente was carried out to explore the new frontiers of taste.
