Cersaie explains the new Superbonus

Superbonus and other incentives for ceramic tiles and bathroom furnishings is the title of the conference presented by Cersaie which is planned for Thursday September 30th at 4:30 p.m. at the Agorà dei Media.

It is an event which is open to all those who would like to assess the new rules regarding seismic, energetic and photovoltaic requalification, in addition to the installation of cooling systems, which are provided by the Superbonus.

The Superbonus is the new incentive introduced in the Decreto Rilancio which raises the detraction rate on expenses for specific home renovations. It specifically mentions energy efficiency, anti-seismic refitting and photovoltaic installations or infrastructure for recharging electric vehicles.

Compared to the old Bonus there are some changes, including the possibility of receiving, in place of a deduction, an advanced contribution in the form of a discount from the supplier or a credit which corresponds to the deduction.

Which renovations and spaces in the home are eligible for the benefits and incentives? And how is it possible to manage the discount in an invoice or the credit transfer with the banks and insurance companies? The event hopes to clear up these new measures and explain how to get the most out of our expenses for the home. Responding to the questions, there will be Emilio Mussini, the Vice President of Confindustria Ceramica, , Enrico Celin, the President of Angaisa, and Lucia Positano, the Tax Director of PwC TLS Avvocati e Commercialisti.
