Ragno’s Amuri terracotta-effect porcelain stoneware and Storie collection

Amuri elegantly blends into Ragno Ceramiche’s prestigious Storie project, a selection of small format collections which features an artisanal design and a contemporary soul. This series celebrates the centuries-old tradition of ceramic and decor design, offering modern interpretations thanks to state-of-the-art production technologies.

Amuri: the charm of Mediterranean style

Inspired by the colors and vibrancy of Mediterranean style, the Amuri terracotta-effect porcelain stoneware collection from Ragno brings this sunny region’s atmosphere directly into our homes. The earthy tones and the antique patterns inspired by traditional ceramic tiles are harmoniously combined to fill our rooms with warmth and elegance.

Much more than a simple collection of floors and tiles, Amuri is a tribute to Italian craftsmanship and its long-running terracotta industry.

Thanks to modern production technologies, Ragno was able to capture the essence of this natural material, creating a series of ceramic surfaces which perfectly blend tradition and innovation.

All the beauty of terracotta warmth

With Amuri, every room in the home becomes an ode to the Mediterranean. The warm and enveloping shades of the terracotta-effect porcelain stoneware add depth and character to the interiors, taking you on a sensorial journey through the region’s ancient coastal roads and picturesque rural landscapes.

The Amuri collection’s colors and decors

The Amuri series comes in four colors, a series of tile structures, and ceramic decors. The surfaces are available in matte or glossy and there are four formats which differ in shape and size.

If we take a look up close, the collection’s color palette comes in earthy tones, like Cotto and Biscotto, and more neutral ones, like Avorio and Grigio, on a natural surface which revitalizes traditional terracotta.

The four colors also cover the Gelosia tile structure which features a textured and matte 3D surface, making it more similar to natural stone and ideal for covering large or small portions of the wall.

The walls can be decorated with Zucchero and Pizzo patterns, with the latter being perfect for the floors as well. The Pizzo pattern, available in various colors with a natural finish, features a monochromatic design which blends in with the background, except for the ivory Pizzo version (available in blue).

In conclusion, the Maiolica décor with the classic colors of Mediterranean tradition (yellow, green, and blue) characterizes its surface with a glossy finish and is available in four different patterns.
