Bredaquaranta stages its events across various showrooms in Milan, creating a route that winds through the city centre and key design districts.

It is not a single space to visit, but a sequence of venues that come to life according to a scheduled programme, transforming Milan into a map to explore. Each venue becomes a stop on the route, each event an opportunity to engage with different expressions of contemporary design.

The result is a multi-faceted experience that unfolds as visitors move through different spaces, installations and opportunities for interaction, following the rhythm of the city and revealing a more nuanced understanding of what it means to live.

Bredaquaranta events during Milan Design Week 2026

From 20 to 26 April, the Bredaquaranta showrooms will come alive with a programme combining presentations, installations and special events. Brands such as Schiffini, Moooi, Lago, MisuraEmme, de Sede and many others will showcase different visions of living, featuring anniversaries, new concepts and networking opportunities designed for an audience of enthusiasts and professionals.

Each event adds another piece to the overall narrative, alternating between more immersive experiences and cocktail parties, striking a balance between design, interaction and atmosphere.

Schiffini — Timeless Evolution

A narrative that spans time and design. Schiffini presents an evolutionary vision of the kitchen, where formal exploration and functionality are intrinsically intertwined. The space becomes a place where memory and the contemporary merge.

ROOM FOR… — Alf DaFrè / Valdesign 

An opening that puts a focus on social interaction. The event kicks off the week with a lively gathering, designed to bring people together and encourage them to explore the spaces in an informal way, combining design and social interaction.

Brionvega — 60th Anniversary

An anniversary celebrating an icon of Italian design. Brionvega showcases its journey, blending heritage with innovation, and highlighting objects that have left their mark on the collective imagination.

de Sede — Swiss craftsmanship. Italian lifestyle

Materials and design culture come together in a dialogue between Swiss precision and Italian sensibility. A design that places the emphasis on craftsmanship and the quality of the living experience.

L’Ottocento — La Casa Gentile

A visual narrative that interprets the home as an everyday, welcoming space. The installation creates a domestic world made up of details, gestures and relationships, offering a warm and contemporary vision of home life.

Lago — Exclusive cocktail

A session dedicated to showcasing our new products and outdoor collection. The event takes place in an informal setting, where design is explored through direct conversation and sharing.

MisuraEmme — New Flagship

The opening of a new space provides an opportunity to explore a minimalist approach to living. Materials, light and architecture combine to create an immersive experience, accompanied by a live musical performance.

Meridiani — This is Meridiani / 30 years of me

An opportunity to reflect on the brand’s identity, bridging the past and the present. The event celebrates a thirty-year journey, highlighting stylistic consistency and design innovation.

OF — Exclusive unveiling. New concept

An unveiling dedicated to the outdoor world. The new concept focuses on the relationship between the kitchen and outdoor spaces, with an approach that combines functionality and contemporary design.

Matteo Brioni x Rubini Profumi — L’invisibile che arreda

An olfactory breakfast. A sensory experience that explores the connection between matter and scent. Raw earth and fragrances come together in a series of installations, where the space is perceived through dimensions that are less visible but deeply evocative.

Moooi — Speed Dating with Moooi

A format that introduces direct and unexpected interaction. The design provides an opportunity for quick, informal dialogue, creating immediate connections between the product, the brand and the visitor.

Snaidero — News

In the heart of Brera, the Snaidero space joins the Design Week festivities with an exhibition that focuses on the kitchen system and its relationship with domestic architecture.
