Light is no longer merely functional: at Euroluce 2025, the biennial exhibition of the Salone del Mobile, it is a storytelling device, discrete technology, an emotional presence. The new releases presented by the industry’s most trusted brands showcase a world where aesthetics meets innovation in bespoke, poetic, and sustainable pieces.

Trois Rois, ARTEMIDE
Through intelligent materials, dynamic modularity, and new types of interactions, lighting design has evolved to keep up with contemporary living. The exhibition presents us with free interpretations, where lamps become architectural, responsive, playful, and natural. To give you an idea of the incredible number of ideas on show at Euroluce, we have put together our selection of the many releases.
Light that styles, affects, speaks
Let’s start with the Alambicco suspension lamp from Artemide, a contemporary ode to Venetian craftsmanship: handblown glass, warm light, a stunning atmosphere. Meanwhile, in poetic contrast, the Boltons lamp from the Herzog & de Meuron studio lies somewhere between a spotlight and a work of art.
With the new Pòta! collection, Catellani & Smith creates an architectural constellation of light; while Davide Groppi stuns us with Utopia, a slender line which traverses the room like a pen stroke, and then makes us smile with Race of Lights, an electrified light track which is to be set up with magnetic car-lamps.
At Flos, Philippe Starck gives freshens up the historic Bon Jour Unplugged with soft colors and Color Tune technology; while Michael Anastassiades presents Linked, an illuminated rope of borosilicate glass. Tilia from Foscarini is also poetic with its organic and modular form which is sure to provide a bold look in the home.

Allumette, FOSCARINI
Interactive games and sustainable materials
Martinelli Luce presents the Grammoluce, an interactive lamp that lights up “with weight”: the more spheres you add, the stronger the light intensity and color. Slamp brings lightness outdoors with Nuvem Outdoor, a modular cloud that floats above terraces and gardens.
For fans of classics, Oluce has provided a contemporary take on three icons: Mini Spider by Joe Colombo, Agnoli by Tito Agnoli, and Lyndon by Vico Magistretti. Fine details, timeless geometries in new sizes and finishes.
Let’s end on an amusing note with Ingo Maurer’s SHHH!, a lamp with headphones; while Jasna Kuchnia creates a poetic plate holder.
